We want you to be completely satisfied with your ALLCHA purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at team@allcha.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at team@allcha.co within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
